My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were very open and roomy, with a sweet double door that opened for fresh air. They were big, clean, and included a jetted tub and a rainfall shower, making my experience truly luxurious. The service was incredible, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. The location, while not the cleanest compared to other properties, had a 'park like' area with ponds and a waterfall to enjoy. The dining experience was excellent, though there was a mistake with the charge, but the Korean dishes were outstanding. Overall, a great value for money!
The hotel offers spacious and well-appointed rooms in the tower closest to the main lobby with direct elevator access to the spa lobby. Enjoy a view of a waterfall and amenities like free WiFi, a desk, and a large flat screen TV for a relaxing stay. However, some minor wear was noticeable on the phone and sink stopper.

However, some minor upkeep issues like a small TV set and worn sink stopper were noticeable. The location offered breathtaking views from the balcony but lacked immaculacy. Dining options were good and reasonably priced, especially the buffet. Service went above and beyond, accommodating special requests with super nice staff. Facilities were in great shape, contributing to a pleasant stay.
